We are supporting a leading Independent European Strategy Consulting firm locate a Country Partner to help build their practice in Germany. 

They provide strategic value creation advisory services including: M&A, Growth and Deal Advisory, along with Transformation services including Digital.

This practice has a succesful track record in establishing and building successful consulting practices in new markets. They are able to provide a full support and an equity scheme.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the German / DACH region
  • Develop a leading Strategy practice in the region
  • Responsibility for team hiring and development
  • Act as the regional ambassador of the firm

    • Key Requirements:

  • Tier 1 Strategy or Big 4 Strategy Consulting experience
  • TMT or Financial Service or Digital experience
  • Previous Partner/Associate Partner experience
  • The role can be located from Munich or any another major German City
  • Consulting Business Development experience

    • In return they will provide full support to allow you to quickly build a leading consulting business along with a Partnership equity scheme.
